FOUNDING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | PRODUCER

Rose is the writer of Trash! and Sisters. Rose has experience as an actor in feature film, television, and commercials, and as a producer in feature film. Prior to moving back to Oregon in 2022 she spent two decades in LA and NYC building a powerful network in the entertainment industry. Rose is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California.

BOARD CHAIR

Trish received a bachelor’s degree in political science and worked as a political organizer in Texas, successfully promoting progressive causes and candidates, before graduating law school with honors. Trish served as an Assistant Attorney General in the tort litigation division, specializing in medical malpractice before being named partner in her own law firm.

BOARD VICE CHAIR

Sue has been the owner and president of Sue Densmore Communication Strategies, based in Southern Oregon, since 1996. Sue’s work experience includes developing core business strategies, business and marketing plans for new companies, and re-engineering existing companies to help them find their focus and plan their future.

BOARD SECRETARY

Hannah is a licensed master social worker who is also the Director of Process Improvement and Analytics for The Institute for Family Health in New York. A proud non-binary person, advocate for LGBTQIA rights, and advocate for Multiple Sclerosis, Psoriatic Arthritis, other chronic health conditions, Hannah is comitted to creating a safe environment for underrepresented people.

Lulenoxx is the writer of Pairs to the Floor and the director of all three projects. As a queer, non-binary, screenwriter and creator, their work focuses on the liberation of queer characters and the celebration of all things strange. Lulenoxx received awards, development opportunities, and fellowships from Pano, Stowe Story Labs, Athena Film Festival, and Sundance. They co-created and directed a web series with Paper Rose Productions, are a member of the She-Collective, and are an Alumni of Lincoln Center’s Director’s Lab.

Katherine is an actor and producer whose recent award-winning TV pilot Grafton was an official selection at 20 film festivals including Dances with Films, Chelsea, and SoHo. Katherine has experience as an entrepreneur, she owns her own wedding venue and creative residency space in Vermont, working for non-profits, and as a producer. Katherine is a proud graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and received a BA in Political Science and Dance from Marlboro College.

Joshua, a Chicago native who now resides in Los Angeles, is an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, executive producer, and showrunner known for In Treatment, From Scratch, Empire, and more. Joshua is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California and the Lila Acheson Wallace American Playwrights Program at The Juilliard School.
